Production Locations
This film was shot on location in Worcester, MA from January 9-13, 2009. The good people of Worcester, rich and poor alike have been an inspiration for many years. Through many experiences in and around the city, I've encountered the best and worst in people and found that the human will to persevere through situations is possible.
The Worcester Housing Authority and Worcester State College have been instrumental in the making of this film. With these two institutions I would never have been able to make this film.
Distribution Plan
Festivals offer filmmakers the opportunity to screen their work for a larger audience. Festivals also provide a chance to exhibit work to professionals and executives of the entertainment industry. Budding directors will have the opportunity to meet these people and create relationships that can help them in future productions.
The goal of Monsters Down the Hall is to premier at Sundance and then showcase it at festivals worldwide.
